Loan Officer
Most lenders are just interested in selling a borrower debt. I am not. I am here to change the mortgage industry. I am not a loan officer. I am a loan advisor who will guide clients before, during and most importantly after the transaction. At its heart, the mortgage industry isn’t just about rates and programs. Treating the borrower with dignity, respect and gratitude have been the keys to my success. I am honest with my clients, whether it’s good or bad news. The earlier they know the truth, the more confident they are going forward.
Working with clients from first-time homebuyers to seasoned buyers financing multimillion-dollar homes, I am readily available to answer questions no matter the time, thanks in part to my team. Financing a home doesn’t have to be a painful process, and my goal is to put people at ease and let them know that I am by their side from start to finish. My competition talks first. I do it differently when I first meet with a client. I listen to my clients first. I listen to their needs first and foremost, and then evaluate their needs and educate my clients so that they feel empowered in their decisions. I treat each borrower the same way I would want to be treated.
Other activities outside of work include being a member of the Breeders Greeters Committee at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. I have also helped with the SPARK School Park Program and Habitat for Humanity. Additionally, I am active on several buyer\\\\\\\'s groups including the nonprofit group, Cowboys 4 Heroes, a buyers’ group that purchases cattle to feed veterans and families throughout the year.
I also enjoy traveling with my wife, trying new restaurants and on rare occasions finding myself enjoying the therapy of saltwater fishing, golfing, sailing, volunteering and playing with my chocolate lab, Duke.
